We do undertake bulk orders for companies for any of the Assembly products that you see listed on our website. However, we cannot manufacture any other custom design on request.
1. Company Logo
We can personalize your company logo on the luggage for no extra charge. This photo below will give you a better idea of how your company name/logo will look on our products. Our recommended colour for both the brand name & brand logo on our products is grey, but we can print any single colour for the full logo of your preference for bulk orders. Please note that it can be a single colour only. Font size can also be as per your preference, but for a reference the below logo size in the photo (in cms) is 1.4 x 4.2 (Height * Length). For brand logos, please share the CDR file with the precise colour & proportionate dimensions so that no re-sizing is required at our end.
2. Method of putting company logo
To do such a logo, we use a process called heat transfer, which is better quality than screen printing. The photo above will show how it looks. We can also do embroidery, but we typically recommend the heat transfer method for a cleaner look. For embroidery, we will also need additional time over the below mentioned timelines in point 7 to have it done.
3. Bulk Ordering Process & Payment Terms
Once you have decided which products you want to order in bulk, we will pass on the corporate discount coupon to you, so that you can apply the discount while processing your order on our website. Our typical payment terms are 50% advance on the date of order confirmation, and the balance 50% on the date on which the delivery has been completed. Our discounted prices include all taxes & delivery charges.
4. Sample Requirement
In case you would like to physically see any of our samples, we can provide it to you against a refundable deposit of the listed price of the product on our website. Once the sample is returned to our New Delhi workshop, we will refund this amount.
Once the sample order is placed on our website on pre-paid basis (not COD), we will ship this sample to your address at our freight cost through our shipping partner, Fedex. It takes approx 4-6 working days for the sample to reach any location within India.
Sample needs to be returned to us at your freight cost within total 20 days of it being received by you in the same original, unused condition as it was received with the original tags & packaging (dust bags & boxes) & all accompanied packing accessories. We will refund the purchase amount once the product is received back by us.
In case an order is subsequently placed, the sample cost can also get adjusted against the order value if you'd like.
5. Corporate Pricing
We offer a 30% corporate discount on our listed retail price on our website for direct corporate inquiries for bulk orders that meet our MOQ requirements. We offer a complimentary surface delivery to all major cities pan-India. So, at our current prices that would work out to the following:-
(a) Cabin Luggage: 4,999 Rs * 70% = 3,499 Rs
(b) Overnighter Luggage: 4,999 Rs * 70% = 3,499 Rs
(c) Cabin Luggage Combo: 7,498 Rs * 70% = 5,249 Rs
(d) Overnighter Luggage Combo: 7,498 Rs * 70% = 5,249 Rs
(e) Laptop Messenger Bag: 2,499 Rs * 70% = 1,749 Rs
(f) Laptop Backpack: 2,499 Rs * 70% = 1,749 Rs
(g) Laptop Sleeve: 999 Rs * 70% = 699 Rs
(h) Tech-Kit: 999 Rs * 70% = 699 Rs
6. Production Timelines
We typically don't keep too much ready stock for bulk corporate orders, so we will need to make the product units for you. Depending on the order size, we need a minimum of 20 days for production once the order has been confirmed through advance 50% payment. For larger orders, the timeline would increase, so please get in touch with us directly for such requirements.
7. Delivery Timelines
For our complimentary delivery service: our courier partner, Fedex Surface undertakes our deliveries & typically takes 4-6 days for reaching any location pan-India. Though since our workshop is in New Delhi - for NCR deliveries, we can have it delivered within 1-2 days of the units being ready.
For faster 1-2 day pan-India deliveries by using air cargo transport, we can get back on the applicable delivery charges from our courier partners or the company can undertake the deliveries at their own end from our New Delhi workshop. In case the client does not require our complimentary delivery service altogether, there is no change in product pricing.
8. Packaging Details
Each product is packed in it's own individual packaging (as shown below) - we first pack the product in a dust cover (inner packaging) & then a cardboard box (outer packaging) so that there is no damage in transit. Weight of the box in itself is very light, so the product weight mentioned in our respective product pages is an accurate estimate of what the box weight will be with the product inside.
9. Air Cargo Charges Estimation
For estimation of air cargo transport charges at your end, you will need to calculate volumetric weight of each box. L * B * H (in cms) divided by 5000 will give the volumetric weight of each box. For dimensions of each of our box sizes, please get in touch with us.
10. No TDS is applicable
At the time of making the payment, on such bulk orders TDS is not applicable since it is a direct purchase/supply of bags with customized branding. It is not in the nature of only a branding contract, where such a TDS may be applicable.
11. GST claim by companies
Yes it is applicable. The discounted price includes the 18% GST that can be claimed back. While placing the order online on our website, there won't be a placeholder for mentioning the GST details. However, once the order is placed online, please share your GST details with us over email and we will include the GST details in the Invoice that we will share back with you. In whichever invoices the GST Number is mentioned, we will be filing it with the government regularly, so that GST input can be claimed at your end.
12. GST Billing mandatory
It is mandatory to include the relevant taxes in all our invoicing. The discounted corporate pricing offered includes the 18% GST.
13. Post confirmed order changes
Once orders have been confirmed and taken into production or dispatched or delivered, we cannot make any major changes in the order quantities or exchange for different product units. For any minor changes, we will try to accommodate to what is best possible, however any additional product or delivery charges will need to be borne by the client.
14. Corporate Agents & Intermediaries
We do not maintain a separate PDF catalog of our products since the product details on our website are updated frequently. Therefore, our website links of individual product SKUs are the best way to communicate all the comprehensive product details to any of your clients. Please see point 4 above for the commercials involved for direct corporate inquiries. However, for agents/intermediaries we do offer an additional incentive over and above that - for those details, please reach out to us at email@example.com . Rest assured, we will not approach your clients directly when the queries have originated from your efforts.
15. No PDF Catalogue available
We do not maintain a PDF catalogue of our products, so wouldn't be able to share that. To see all our products at a glance, please go to Menu < All products on our website homepage.
