Warranty & Repairs
1. We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects of 3 years for all our luggage products & 1 year for all our laptop bag products & packing organizers. This wouldn't cover product damage due to regular wear & tear of using the product.
2. In case your product is damaged within the warranty period, we will first need to assess the damage. In case the product can be repaired easily due to a minor defect, we will repair it and send back to you in a few days. The 2-way shipping charges will be borne by us.
3. In case your product is damaged within the warranty period, and we find that the product cannot be repaired easily - we will then ship you a free replacement from our side & arrange for reverse shipping of the damaged product back to us.
4. In case your product is damaged outside the warranty period, we will let you know the repair charges along with the 2-way shipping charges that will need to be borne by you. If you are interested, we will coordinate to have the repair done for you at our New Delhi workshop.
5. All customer purchase information is recorded in our online database. So, rest assured we can retrieve any such information whenever required. We do not provide a hard copy warranty card separately.
6. In case any spare parts are needed for the luggage (say, number lock for instance), we can ship it to your address. If your product is under warranty, we will ship the spare part as a complimentary service. However, if your product is no longer under warranty, we will ship it against a nominal charge.
7. Typically any main market in your neighbourhood is likely to have a reliable bag & luggage repair shop. So for minor repairs, you can also rely on such neighbourhood stores for a quick service. However, for any major repair we will help you by servicing such requirements at our NCR workshop.
